When you send us your design, we will provide you a no charge estimate to digitize and apply the design to your selected product. You will know and approve the cost before any work is done!

Easy 4-Step Process

You send us your design, and we will send you a no charge quote.
You review and approve the quote, and we will send you the digital artwork.
You review digital artwork, and we make any minor changes you may have.
You approve digital artwork, and for embroidery only, we will send a color stitched swatch via mail or JPEG file. You will then receive a bill for our services. You are now ready for production!

We Optimize the Logo Design!

At Garcia's Custom Embroidery, we not only digitize your design, be we review your design for ways to optimize the customizing process and reduce your cost. We will review these with you and not make any changes until you approve them.

Don't have your artwork in an electronic format?

You can still use one of the two on-line methods and then email a sample to us, or you can call us with your request for a quote. You can also just send us your contact information and we will contact you.

Your Satisfaction Guaranteed!

Our step by step process is designed to ensure that you are satisfied with the digitizing process. If you are not 100% satisfied with quality of our digitizing you will not be charged. All you need to do is let us know prior to approving the the Logo/Artwork file (step 4) that you are not satisfied, and we will stop the process with no charge to you.

Have your own Digitized Logo or Design?

We can use your file if it is "100% READY FOR PRODUCTION". This means a digitized embroidery file sent to us in a DST or PES format, ready for sewing. UNDER ANY OTHER SCENARIO, DESIGN AND/OR DIGITIZING CHARGES WILL BE BILLED. We are not responsible for sewing results for customer supplied DST files. There will be additional charges for requested sew outs (swatches).

Before the work begins, we help with thread & ink color and product selections.

Once you are satisfied with the design, we will help you select the right colors to match your Logo or Artwork. We are also available to assist you in selecting the best product product for your design that meets you needs and budget!
